How do I log in to Mosaic?

Access Mosaic by using the myApps link on the top menu of any AUArts website page (next to News, Calendar, Library, Research links). Select the Mosaic icon. More information can be found on HelpU and Mosaic Support guide. 

I forgot my Mosaic password, can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, you cannot change it wihthin Mosaic. To reset your AUArts Account password see How to Reset your Password. 

Why can't I see the course I’m registered in?

Email your instructor if the course you are registered in does not show up when you log into Mosaic. 

Where can I learn more?

Mosaic is based on the learning management software called Moodle. There is a lot of information online, including a User quick guide on Moodle's website. You can also email mosaic.help@auarts.ca for specific questions.
