Self-PortraitThis is a self-portrait I created using pencils for my high school's art assignment. I had never drawn myself before, which presented great challenges as I worked on capturing my facial structure. Initially, the drawing looked nothing like me, and I felt quite stressed. My self-confidence gradually decreased as it seemed to resemble me less and less. However, I reminded myself not to give up, despite the difficulties I faced. Ultimately, I successfully completed my self-portrait. I was pleased with the results, and I can't believe I accomplished drawing myself for the first time. It’s truly important to have a mindset of perseverance and to push through tough challenges, which is how I was able to finish the drawing without giving up. |
