Aurora Arborealis
Imagine a not-so-distant future, where human civilization has crumbled; the last surviving fragments of earth’s ecosystems float in the void.
Tiny trees sprout and lush mosses unfurl, delicate lichens and imposing fungi gather their strength in this new dawn, preparing to reclaim all that they have lost.
This exhibition features new large-scale photographic works by Julya Hajnoczky (BDes ’13, Photography), created on site during recent artist residencies in Point Pelee (ON) and Terra Nova (NL) National Parks.
