How to register

Your step-by-step guide to enrolling in a Continuing Education course at AUArts.

Our courses are popular and may fill up quickly, so be sure to register early to guarantee your first choice. 

Please create account & register in the name of the student taking the course.

Online

  1. View our course offering online.
  2. Click on the desired course(s).
  3. Click "Add This Course to Cart".
  4. Click on "Your Cart" on the top right of the page or directly below "Add This Course to Cart".
  5. Click "Checkout".
  6. Click on "New Account".
  7. Enter the new "Username" (Email Address) and "Password" - make sure the name corresponds to the name of the student taking the course, i.e. if you're registering for a child or spouse, the recorded name needs to be their name! Passwords need to be 6 - 30 characters in length, letters and numbers ONLY (no special characters AND must include at least one number).
  8. Complete your transaction.
  9. Once you set up an account, you can log in anytime to register for more classes, or view your course details and check your schedule.

The Personal Information provided through registration is collected in accordance with Section 4(c) of the Alberta Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) and will be protected in accordance with section 10 of the Act and used and disclosed in accordance with sections 12 and 13 of the Act. It will be used and disclosed for the purpose of academic administration, the administration of Continuing Education support services, scholarship and financial aid awards, marketing and recruitment activities. AUArts may use automated systems to generate content, recommendations, and predictions. The personal information collected may be included in these automated systems.
