AUArts employee counselling

Although counselling for staff, faculty, and management is not available on-site, the AUArts counsellor does provide services that contribute to the wellbeing of the entire AUArts Community like:

Consultation and Referral

  • The AUArts Counsellor is available for consultation regarding challenges with students.
  • Employees experiencing personal challenges can access free counselling support through AUArts' Employee and Family Assistance Program via the HR SharePoint Site.
  • Additionally, the AUArts Counsellor recommends these other urgent care community resources.
  • Unfortunately, from time to time, the AUArts Community has and may again experience highly emotional situations that affect its members. The AUArts Counsellor is equipped to provide support in coping with these situations.
