Congratulations to the Class of 2022 who attended Alberta University of the Arts Convocation ceremony on Thursday, May 26, 2022.
Adding to the excitement, this year’s graduates were joined by alumni from the Classes of 2020 and 2021, who had experienced virtual Convocation ceremonies due to pandemic restrictions.
Alberta University of the Arts also proudly bestowed Honorary MFA degrees on influential alumni Jeff de Boer (Diploma ’88, Jewellery and Metals) and Ron Moppett (Diploma ’65, Painting). They join a prestigious family of previous AUArts Honorary MFA recipients: Sharon Carry (2017); Katie Ohe & Harry Kiyooka (2018); Alex Janvier (2019); Chris Cran (2021).
