The Northern Minister Devoured and Other Works

This exhibition featuring Aron Hill (BFA ’00, Interdisciplinary Studies) presents paintings, textile and sculptural works that examine what it means to be within a particular settler lineage living in this particular place and time, what it means to care and exist creatively, and what it means to labor and make work. Dealing with notions of cultural identity, post-colonialism and the differences between work and labour, Aron Hill combines craft and high art to pose questions about human value in a contemporary existence.
