I think I need help
Talk to us. Our counsellors and other resources can help you get the support you need.
Being a post-secondary student can be a stressful experience. In any given year, 1 in 7 students receive support from an AUArts counsellor.
We help you use your own resources – and develop new ones – to enhance your academic, vocational, social, and personal functioning.
Common reasons for seeking counselling include:
- Anxiety and Depression
- Stress
- Grief and loss
- Relationship issues
- Academic and learning challenges
- Gender-based and sexual violence
But these aren’t the only stresses students face. Anything that affects your success and wellbeing is an appropriate reason to seek support. Talk to us about any of your concerns – we’re here to help.
