Rob Froese is a Saskatchewan Potter based in Canada and Japan. Rob holds a BA in Art and English from the University of Saskatchewan, a BFA in Ceramics from the University of Regina, and an MFA in Craft Media from the Alberta University of the Arts. His work is a conversation with the clay; working quickly and with skills honed over the years, he responds to the clay as it responds to him, whether it be serendipitous or anticipated.
Weekend workshops are brought to you by the Mount Pleasant Potters’ Guild, which provides funds for the events through their education program, and North Mount Pleasant Arts Centre, which provides the space and staff for the events.
