GivingTuesday is a Global Day of Giving and the world’s largest generosity movement. Created in 2012 as a day to encourage people to do good, give back to their community, celebrate giving and participate in activities supporting the day.
Alberta University of the Arts is participating in #GivingTuesday seeking community support for a variety of initiatives. Your participation helps with scholarships, bursaries, awards, training for student-led art markets, tribute gifts, the University art gallery, Boost-A-Student fund and more.
Additional ways to give back include purchasing a unique item from our students in the Students’ Association Virtual Holiday Show + Sale Market on until Dec. 3rd, and supporting the community in whatever way possible.
