New students: How to pay your Confirmation Deposit
The confirmation deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your student account as a credit towards your tuition and fees.
Online banking payment
Sign into your online banking and set up AUArts as a payee in online payments. Search for “Alberta University of the Arts” or “ACAD.” Your bank can assist you in this process.
Your account number is ALL nine numbers (including the four zeros) of your student ID and the first five letters of your last name, if your last name is less than five letters, it's your entire last name.
Example: If your last name were Johnston, it would be ‘000045678Johns’ OR if your last name were Low, it would be ‘000045678Low’
It takes up to 5-7 business days for AUArts to receive the funds.
Wire transfer payment
Wire payments will be accepted from international students without access to a Canadian bank. Please contact cashier@auarts.ca for more information.
How to pay your Tuition and General fees

Access the webService (Students) app within myApps, click the link for Student Account Centre, and follow the steps. You can also authorize someone else to pay your fees, with their Credit Card, from the Student Account Centre.
NOTE: If paying by credit card, you'll be charged a non-refundable 2.65% PayPath transaction fee (minimum $3.00).
Former students accessing and paying for services and current students with locked accounts for non-payment of tuition and fees can pay by credit card at the alternate logon page. Use your User ID (Student ID) and PIN for access. If you do not know your Student ID and/or PIN please email the Registrar's Office at webservice@auarts.ca.
